Do you ship Japanese Pokémon cards to Australia?
Yes. Everything ships from Japan to every Australian state and territory with tracking. Choose Standard delivery (4–8 working days) or Express (2–4 working days) at checkout; shipping is priced by the weight of your order.
Do I need a wholesale account to see pricing?
No. Every product shows its case quantity and full quantity-break ladder publicly, so you can price a complete order before contacting anyone. There is no application form and no approval wait.
Who do you sell to?
Australian card shops, online retailers, tournament organisers and independent distributors, as well as collectors who buy by the box. Wholesale terms are on every listing, with no registration needed.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. Every price is in Australian dollars (AUD), and so is your invoice. Prices do not include GST.
How many units do I need to order?
Sealed product is sold in cases (usually multiples of four or six), shown on each listing; single cards start at one.
Are Japanese Pokémon cards the same size as English cards?
Yes. Both are 63 × 88 mm (about 2.5 × 3.5 inches), so they fit standard sleeves, toploaders and binders.
How do I pay?
Choose a method at checkout: PayID or bank transfer in Australian dollars, Bitcoin or other crypto. Bitcoin is paid on your order page straight after you order: scan the QR code, or copy the amount and address into your wallet. For other methods, we send the details to your email and phone within 12 hours, together with your invoice.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders with a goods total over A$3,000 ship free with Standard delivery anywhere in Australia, applied automatically at checkout. Choose Express and you pay only the difference.
When is my stock allocated?
Placing an order reserves your stock for 48 hours. Once payment clears, the allocation is confirmed and we dispatch within 48 hours. If payment does not clear inside the window, high-demand stock returns to general availability.
Will I pay GST or import duty?
Orders over A$1,000 are charged 10% GST, any customs duty and import processing charges by Australian customs, collected by the carrier before delivery. GST-registered businesses can usually claim the GST back on their BAS. These charges are not included in our prices.
Can I preorder an upcoming set?
Yes. Preorder lines commit an allocation ahead of release at the same published prices, and are invoiced at allocation rather than at request.
Are your Pokémon cards authentic?
Yes. Everything is sourced through Japanese distribution and ships sealed in its original factory packaging. We do not deal in resealed, reprinted or fake product.
What if something arrives damaged or short?
Report transit damage, a short shipment or a wrong item within seven days of delivery, with photos, and we replace, credit or refund the affected items and their shipping. Our Shipping & Returns page has the details.
