Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders placed on FUDAKURA.

Prices and currency

Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclude GST. Your invoice is issued in Australian dollars.

Orders

Placing an order reserves stock for 48 hours while we send payment details, and an order is confirmed once payment clears.

Payment

Bitcoin is paid from your order page, straight after you order, to the wallet address shown there. The BTC amount is fixed for a limited time and renewed at the current rate if it runs out before you pay; send the exact amount shown. For PayID / bank transfer, we send payment details within 12 hours: always quote your order reference, and check payment details against our email from support@fudakura-australia.com. We never ask for card details, passwords or wallet keys.

Preorders

Preorders are invoiced when stock is allocated, not when you order.

Shipping and duties

Orders ship from Japan to Australia with tracking, and shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over A$3,000 (goods total) ship free with Standard delivery. The buyer is the importer: GST, customs duty and import charges are the buyer's responsibility. See Shipping & Returns.

Damage and shortages

Report damage, shortages or wrong items within seven days of delivery. Returns, refunds and cancellations follow our Shipping & Returns policy.

Authenticity and trademarks

All product is genuine and sourced through Japanese distribution. Fudakura is an independent distributor and reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK Inc.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
